What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from The King's Fund?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, printed tickets are not required.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? / Can I update my registration information.

If you can't attend and someone wishes to attend in your place, simply log in to Eventbrite & update the registration details to the new person.

Who should I tell about my allergy/dietary restrictions?

If you have an allergy or dietary restrictions, please inform natalie@gambleaware.org. There will be vegetarian lunch options available, so there is no need to inform us if you are vegetarian.

I'm presenting at the conference - do I need to register?

No need - we know you're coming! (although you're welcome to register so you have a record of the email confirmation & you'll receive a reminder email a few days before the event).

Can you book or recommend a hotel?

We don't have a conference hotel & are not able to assist with hotel bookings. The Premier Inn chain is a reasonable option to explore.
